Trafigura and ship owners Frontline Ltd. and Golden Ocean Group Ltd. announced an agreement to establish a global supplier of marine fuels. The joint venture, TFG Marine, is expected to commence operations in the first quarter of 2020 and will act as the exclusive purchaser of marine fuels for Trafigura, Frontline and Golden Ocean.
