Event Overview:
Zero Emissions Cruising Conference 2025
Zero Emissions Cruising Conference, taking place in Bergen, Norway, on 17-18 November 2025, is a two-day event dedicated to the future of sustainable cruising. This conference will bring together key stakeholders from the cruise industry, including cruise operators, shipbuilders, technology providers, fuel suppliers, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, port authorities, and sustainability experts.
As the cruise sector faces increasing pressure to align with ambitious climate targets, the conference will take a close look at the implications of upcoming regulatory frameworks — including FuelEU Maritime and the broader Fit for 55 package. These regulations are reshaping the way cruise lines operate and are accelerating the shift toward innovative and sustainable solutions.
The agenda has been structured to feature a variety of individual sessions and panel discussions, offering attendees the opportunity to delve into the sophisticated aspects of maritime decarbonisation and the challenges associated with decarbonisation within the supply chain. Each panel discussion will conclude with the Q&A session.
