Ahlsell has signed an agreement to acquire Solelgrossisten Sverige AB, a company dealing purely in solar energy, charging and energy storage. The company’s annual turnover 2021 amounted to SEK 95 million and they are in a strong development phase.

Solelgrossisten is a pioneer in its field and over the years they have developed a broad experience and in-depth technical and digital expertise. The company’s head office and warehouse are located in Tomelilla, and sales offices are also located in Täby, Kungsbacka, Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg.

The acquisition

The acquisition enables Ahlsell to provide its customers with a complete offering within the areas of e-mobility, energy storage and solar energy products.

In addition, Solelgrossisten provides expertise and support functions, as well as a proprietary calculation tool for dimensioning photovoltaic installations.

Ahlsell’s broad product range, strong market presence and superb logistics offering are made available for Solelgrossisten’s customers in connection with the acquisition.
