Ahlsell Norway has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Midt-Norsk Rør AS, a supplier of complete sewage systems, primarily to contractors, municipalities and agricultural customers in central Norway. The company, with establishments in Stjørdal, Ringebu and Helgeland, has nine employees and the turnover in 2022 amounted to 50 MNOK.

With climate change and increased population growth that places greater demands on infrastructure, there is a strong need for maintenance of water and sewage systems as well as development and investment in new, innovative solutions.
