Vanos S.A. is honoured to actively participate in broadening their Seafarers’ knowledge with regards to Safety & Security in Shipping.

The company, for the second consecutive year, proudly supported the ‘Go Maritime Event’, which was organised by Isalos.net and that took place on Friday, January 20th 2023, at the Merchant Marine Academy of Macedonia.

Useful guidance for the new generation of seafarers

More specifically, their Executives - Mr. Constantinos Sagris – Provisions Dpt. Manager and Mr. Theofilos Kourounis – Business Development Manager attended the event, providing useful guidance to the new generation of seafarers.

Furthermore, Vanos S.A. organised two workshops:

  • 1) On “Gas Detection – A Vital Factor for Safety in Confined Spaces”
  • 2) On “Safe Navigation – New Trends & New Technologies”, that were presented by Mr. Kourounis.
