Ingrid Rieken is currently Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Production & Logistics at MAN Truck & Bus. She can look back on a 30-year career in the Volkswagen Group. Starting with an apprenticeship at the Emden site, her professional career, which she completed in parallel with a degree in business administration, has taken her through various management positions in human resources. These included the Head of Human Resources at the Volkswagen site in Emden and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Production in Wresznia, Poland, before finally joining MAN Truck & Bus in Munich.
