Jo Stapleton, Director, Sales and Marketing, Americas Region, is responsible for establishing the Ocean Craft Marine brand in the United States, building new dealer relationships, and growing its market share in both the professional and recreational segments.   Stapleton is a sales and marketing powerhouse with nearly 30 years of working with national and global brands such as Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation and Comcast on how to transform their brands, invigorate franchisees and increase market share.  Earlier in his career, Stapleton led the creation and development of three start-up companies and also led operations for a fledgling Marketing Analytics consultancy, doubling that firm’s revenue in just one year. Prior, Stapleton was a partner in Kinesis, a boutique digital market consultancy, where he led strategy and program management for clients such as Management Recruiters International (MRI) South Korea Telecom, and other Fortune 500 companies until its acquisition by FTI Consulting.   An early digital marketing pioneer, Stapleton began his career in public relations, moving on to become an award-winning copywriter and creative director, before starting one of the world’s first Interactive Marketing divisions of an advertising agency, where he developed early web presences and digital marketing campaigns for Public Service Electric and Gas company of New Jersey, the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, and Lenox Systems.
