Over 30 years he has held senior leadership positions with major marine equipment businesses. He is the Chief Technical Officer of ERMA FIRST, current Vice President of BEMA (Ballast Water & Environmental Manufacturers Association) and Chair of the Technical Committee. He is heading the R&D activities of all the Group companies and oversees the technology development portfolio.
