Ahlsell Danmark Aps has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in KJV A/S.

KJV was founded in 1956 and employs 110 people in seven locations in Denmark, including administrative headquarters and a central warehouse in Odense. In the last financial year 2021/22, the turnover amounted to DKK 280 million.

KJV is one of Denmark’s major suppliers of cutting tools, transmissions, tools, technical products

KJV is one of Denmark’s major suppliers of cutting tools, transmissions, tools, technical products, machine tools and automation solutions to companies in the iron and machine industry in particular. They offer more than 65,000 products with daily deliveries to mainly small and medium-sized companies.

The business will become part of Ahlsell Danmark, which consists of Sanistål, Ahlsell REF and VVS-Trading, but continues to operate under existing brand and with the existing management team.

KJV to contribute to Ahlsell’s expansion of its core business

KJV’s many years of experience and unique technical expertise will contribute to Ahlsell Danmark’s expansion of its core business within the industrial segment.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in 2023, after obtaining approval from the Danish Competition Authority.
