Ley Hoon QUAH is presently working as the Chief Executive of Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). Along with this, she is also the board member of the Energy Market Authority (EMA). Ley holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland an MBA degree from the IMD Business School.
