Øystein Goksøyr is the Head of Department Safety, Risk and Systems of DNV. Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Section Ship Operations, Maritime Advisory of DNV. Goksøyr completed his education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
